Terms and Conditions for the Hire of ViSTA's Meeting Room

Once we have received a booking we will confirm in writing or by email (wherever possible).

If any arrangements are incorrect, it is the responsibility of the Hirer to contact us and inform us of any amendments to the booking that need to be made.

The full hire fee will be charged to the Hirer if a booking is cancelled within 5 working days. An admin charge of £20 will be charged for cancellations within 14 days. There will be no charge made for cancellations with more than 14 days notice.

All visitors to the ViSTA Meeting Room are expected to conform to the Health &Safety, Fire Regulations and security procedures in place. Details of procedures willbe given to the Hirer on arrival. The Hirer must inform a ViSTA staff member if they become aware of any risk to health, safety or securitywithin the room or building, or any access routes.

The Hirer is expected to respect other users of the building and is responsible for any damage to ViSTA’s property arising out of its use of the building or the activities of any person using the Meeting room during, before or after the hire period and for leaving the room in a clean and tidy state and should inform a ViSTA staff member when they are vacating the building at the end of the meeting.

ViSTA cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any personal and/or other belongings whilst using the Meeting Room during, before or after the hire period.

ViSTA is covered by insurance for Fire and Public Liability but the Hirer shouldmake arrangements for any other cover required. ViSTA reserves the right toterminate any function or refuse entry or evict any person(s) in their opinion causing or likely to cause a nuisance, annoyance or disturbance through activitiesnot consistent with the purpose and aims of ViSTA’s Meeting Room.
