Our move to the Town Hall has given us a light and airy room that we have decided to make available as a training/meeting room.

 

 

The training room is situated on the ground floor of the Town Hall and all facilities are fully accessible. 

 

 

We have a very central location in Langport, with free public carparks opposite.   Langport has very good road links with the M5 and across the county and there are regular buses to Taunton and Yeovil.

Rates

Training Room:  £12.00 per hour
Projector, laptop and screen: £25.00 (per day)
Induction Loop:  Price on Request
Flipchart and Pad: £3.00
Photocopying:  10p per sheet
Internet access can be arranged

(All rates plus VAT)

Tea and Coffee included in the cost of hiring the room
Lunch can be arranged if required, please call to discuss menu/price options.

Terms and Conditions

There will be an administration charge of £20.00 should you cancel within 14 working days of the date of hire.
The Training Room will be charged at full cost for cancellations within 5 working days of the date of hire.
